In the restaurant Fisherman’s there are two refectories: In the Red Dining Hall of 100 places we serve a la carte and in this room we organize special events (weddings, baptism celebrations, private parties). This room goes directly to the patio. The All-inclusive dining room is especially for guests staying with us. In the dining hall there are 60 places and a direct access to its own patio. With Fisherman’s Resort we offer A la carte menus and in cooking them our cook-team takes your wishes into account. Our cooks prepare delicious traditional and international food. To cook the food we use fresh products and if available from our own garden or from the gardens of the producers in the area. With us sausages are cooked after our own recipe and smoked in our own smoke house. The same is valid for our pastrami, our game specialties, smoked pork neck of Colibita, rabbits and other delicatessen. Our meals are cooked on a very modern coal broiler. Thus the flavor of our food is unique.
